Cooking Suggestions

Clean thoroughly before cooking. For steaming, add ginger, green onion and soy sauce, steam until fully cooked. For braised preparation, pan-fry both sides golden then simmer with seasoning sauce. Crispy deep-fried fish makes a great appetizer. You can also simmer it into a rich nourishing fish soup. Always ensure the fish is fully cooked before eating.

Storage Instructions

Store frozen at -18°C or below. Do not repeatedly thaw and refreeze. Once thawed, cook and consume promptly.
